David is the Senior Editor and Regular Contributor to On the Money Radio.  This very popular and highly acclaimed financial program is broadcast on WXEL Radio, 90.7FM, the NPR station of Palm Beach.  Every other week, David spends time with host Steve Pomeranz to provide insight and analysis into real estate.  The show airs Wednesday evenings at 7pm and  Sunday evenings at 6pm.  The show is broadcast live on the web at www.WXEL.org.  The show is archived and downloadable from www.OnTheMoneyRadio.org.


Prior to establishing this business, David Levin was a successful commercial real estate lender, working with some of the most prominent financial institutions in Florida for almost 20 years.


David Levin has provided consulting services and financed all property types including Residential: multi-family, affordable housing, subdivisions; Commercial: offices, hotels, retail centers and Industrial.   He has been involved in projects valued at several hundreds of millions of dollars.

David Levin earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Graduate School of Business. He has appeared as a public speaker and real estate expert before various business and professional groups, including appearing with Ron Insana of CNBC.  David has also been a guest lecturer and teacher in finance and real estate for institutions such as the American Institute of Banking and the Small Business Development Center of the University of South Florida, Tampa Bay.

David Levin maintains a mortgage broker license and a real estate salesperson license in the State of Florida.
